Complaints Procedure

If a client has a complaint, they must contact in writing Mr Bez Masih. Mr Masih will acknowledge the complaint and make contact with you, confirming the details of the complaint. Mr Masih will either arrange a telephone consultation or a virtual meeting.

Mr Masih will record the complaint and investigate the issues raised. Once Mr Masih has completed his investigation he will arrange a further meeting with you to discuss his findings. He will try and resolve the complaint with 14 days of receiving it in writing. Mr Masih will detail his findings in writing and will confirm any agreed action in writing within 14 days of the meeting.

If you are not satisfied with the decision reached please contact Mr Masih and he will seek a review of the finding from a supervisor within the firm. Mr Masih will ask the local Law Society to review the complaint if it cannot be resolved and will provide an option of independent mediation. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint.

You will need to contact the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of receiving our final decision, within 6 years of the act and within 3 years of knowing that there was cause to complain. If you are unhappy with our conduct, you can contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
